Amir Matityahu, MD Founder
Dr. Matityahu is also a Co-founder and on the board of directors of Episode Solutions, LLC and serves on the clinical board for United Heath Care. Dr. Matityahu has more than 10 years of technology development experience and over 15 patents pending, in development or issued. He is an international lecturer and has written and published more than 20 articles in peer reviewed journals. His experience spans from idea inception, to launch and negotiation for exit. Dr. Matityahu is the Director of Pelvic and Acetabular Trauma and Reconstruction, Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Orthopaedic Trauma Institute, University of California, San Francisco, CA.
Debra Matityahu, MD Director, Chief Financial Officer.
Dr. Matityahu is currently an OB/GYN and Chief of Service at The Permanente Medical Group. She is also Founder and President of a non-profit organization called A Little 4 A Lot. Dr. Matityahu is a Co-Founder and CFO of Anthem Orhopaedics, LLC.
R. Trigg McClellan, MD Co-founder
Dr. Trigg McClellan earned both a bachelor’s degree in physics and a medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Following a general surgery residency at Vanderbilt, Dr. McClellan completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Michigan and received advanced fellowship training in orthopaedic traumatology at San Francisco General Hospital. He completed a spine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. McClellan is also a Co-founder and member of the board of directors of Episode Solutions, LLC. He is the Medical Director of Skeletal Kinetics and Advanced Biologics. He has over 10 years technology development experience in the research and design of orthopaedic trauma and spine implants and is considered a leading authority on calcium phosphate cements.
Dr. McClellan is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco and the Co-director of Spine Surgery at the Orthopaedic Trauma Institute, San Francisco General Hospital.
Ben Clawson Consultant, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Clawson is an experienced technology specialist who has developed dozens of successful devices in multiple markets. He has managed innovative technology initial concept, market research, risk management, regulatory management and fund raising. He has worked with Boston Scientific, Dako Cytomation, Covidien, Life Technologies, MDS Analytical, Medtronic, Varian Medical, VidaCare, Acueity, Artemis, and many others.

He is an accomplished investment banking executive with more than 20 years of expertise in venture capital, corporate development, private placements, valuation, private equity, IPOs, LBOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategy.

Mr. Gallagher is Co-founder, Board Member, President and CEO of Episode Solutions, LLC and a Co-founder and board member of MBM Holdings, LLC and serves a board member of other healthcare companies. Mr. Gallagher has more than 30 years of health care operations and finance experience including starting and building several healthcare services companies and served as a general partner in two venture funds and as an investment banker.
